Tokens for A&S Display at Christmas Tourney

I put blackwork embroidery on handkerchiefs to be passed out as tokens for some of the A&S displays at Christmas Tourney.

At Red Dragon this year, there was the North Oaken Craftspersons Faire. I displayed some of my blackwork embroidery at it.

Video to show a step by step guide

I found this video to be quite informative with showing a visual step by step on how to do blackwork embroidery. Typically, I use one strand of silk thread, rather than having my thread doubled up like in the video. However, the basic concept of how to actually create the blackwork pattern on the fabric is still the same. Please click on the link below for this video.
